3D Modelling & Rendering3D 建模与渲染
Take the dimensioned plan up into three dimensions — model the unit, design the cabinetry to production standards, light it, and render images that let a client see the room before a single panel is cut. Taught on a 3D visualisation programme, and written so the skills carry across whichever one you meet next.
把标注好尺寸的平面带进三维 — 建立单位模型、以生产标准设计柜体、为它打光,并渲染出让客户在第一块板材被裁开之前就「看见」空间的图像。课程以 3D 可视化软件教学,内容着重于可在不同软件之间迁移的能力。
Module Learning Objectives 模块学习目标
- Set up a 3D project at real-world units and build on your CAD plan. 以真实世界单位建立 3D 项目,并在 CAD 平面上建模。
- Model a complete unit: walls, doors, windows, and finishes in 3D. 以 3D 建立完整单位模型:墙体、门窗与饰面。
- Design kitchen cabinets and wardrobes to real production standards. 按实际生产标准设计厨柜与衣柜。
- Produce photorealistic 3D renders ready for client presentation. 输出可直接用于客户呈现的逼真 3D 渲染图。

Lesson Breakdown 课程大纲
LESSON 6.1
The 3D Workspace3D 工作区
Goal: Set up a project at real-world units and build on a verified plan. 目标:以真实世界单位建立项目,并在验证过比例的平面上建模。
Key Topics 主要内容
- Units, origin & axes — set before anything else 单位、原点与坐标轴 — 一切之前先设定
- Orbit, pan & zoom without losing the model 环绕、平移与缩放,不把模型弄丢
- Importing a floor plan as a locked base 将平面图作为锁定底图导入
- File discipline: versions, and keeping a model lean 文件纪律:版本管理与保持模型轻量

LESSON 6.2
Modelling the Space建立空间模型
Goal: Turn a 2D plan into an accurate, finished 3D unit. 目标:将二维平面转化为准确、带饰面的 3D 单位。

LESSON 6.3
Kitchen Cabinet Design厨柜设计
Goal: Design a production-standard kitchen from standard components. 目标:以标准组件设计符合生产标准的厨房。
Key Topics 主要内容
- Base, wall & tall units: standard sizes 地柜、吊柜与高柜的标准尺寸
- Layout logic: the work triangle in 3D 布局逻辑:工作三角的 3D 落地
- Doors, drawers, hardware & accessories 门板、抽屉、五金与配件
- Countertops, sinks & hobs 台面、水槽与炉具

LESSON 6.4
Wardrobe Design衣柜设计
Goal: Design wardrobes with practical internal layouts clients love. 目标:设计内部布局实用、深受客户喜爱的衣柜。
Key Topics 主要内容
- Wardrobe types: hinged, sliding, walk-in 衣柜类型:开门、推拉门、步入式
- Internal layout: hanging, shelves, drawers 内部布局:挂衣区、层板与抽屉
- Ergonomic height zones 使用高度分区(人体工学)
- Wardrobe materials & finishes 衣柜材料与饰面选择

LESSON 6.5
3D Rendering & Client Visuals3D 渲染与客户视觉
Goal: Produce renders that help clients say yes. 目标:输出能让客户点头的渲染图。

- Camera angles & composition 相机角度与构图
- Lighting: daylight & evening scenes 灯光:日光与夜景场景
- Material tuning & render settings 材质微调与渲染设置

Module Assessment 模块考核
40% Exercises (Lessons 6.1–6.5) · 50% Module Project (Lesson 6.6) · 10% Participation. Students must achieve 60% overall to progress to Module 7: Residential Design Project.
